Merlin cleaning device

Contamination inside tempering channels and supply lines reduces the heat exchange between the heat transfer medium and the consumer. The Merlin cleaning device operates without pressure in an open system, separates various types of contamination, and removes them from the circuit.

Thanks to its compact design, Merlin can be used directly at the machine as a replacement for a temperature control unit. After the cleaning process, the flow rate — and thus the effectiveness — can be checked; leaks can be detected early via pressure testing. The tempering channel is then evacuated and the temperature control unit is put back into operation.
